Service and Quality like the Olden Days

From the first contact with Stephen the estimator and Juan the coordinator until the last team member left the finished job in a pouring rain storm, we were and are very happy. Stephen listened to our thoughts, concerns, and questions, and provided information so we could make the right decision. I was pleased with the quality time and product and the lack of sales pressure. Anything that we thought was a glitch was handled promptly and professionally with friendly understanding.and expertise. In the end the weather became unpredictable but the installation team made sure to protect the roof and house. They even finished the project in a pouring rainstorm for two hours without complaint or concern for their personal comfort, making sure everything was correct. They even did two final walk arounds in the storm, making extra sure that everything was leaned up. Our flowers and bushes did not suffer and my wife's car tires have not yet located any wayward nails. We also installed new gutters that involved rerouting some downspouts to prevent raw water from running on the shingles below the top level.. What a great job they did.! We highly recommend State Roofing. Don't reroof or replace gutters without consulting them.. Our house and our bank account (very affordable) are very greatful to them.
