Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in all areas of residential roofing, including composition, metal, and PVC roofing (professional references required).
• Ability to assess and resolve roofing issues independently while maintaining clear and professional communication with customers.
• Comfortable using technology to manage customer interactions and job details.
• A strong work ethic and the drive to exceed customer expectations—we don’t settle for “good enough.”
• Ability to manage projects from start to finish while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
• Proven roofing experience with a willingness to expand your skill set—we encourage continuous learning and growth.
• You are a professional of the trade and have the expertise to prove it.
• A commitment to delivering extraordinary customer service that leads to excellent reviews from satisfied clients.
