Roofing Project Manager

State Roofing & Exteriors is seeking an experienced Roofing Project Manager to oversee the day-to-day execution of our roofing projects. This role is responsible for reviewing projects, coordinating schedules, managing crews and materials, and ensuring clear communication between customers, team members, and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily roofing operations from job start through completion
• Review project scopes, contracts, and change orders to ensure accuracy and alignment
• Schedule crews, materials, and inspections efficiently
• Coordinate with sales, service, and office teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Communicate proactively with customers, setting expectations and providing updates
• Address jobsite issues quickly, professionally, and with a solutions-focused mindset
• Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date
• Enforce company standards for documentation, communication, and accountability
• Lead with empathy and respect when working with customers, crews, and team members
• Hold team members accountable while supporting a positive, team-first culture

Experience Requirements

• Proven roofing experience in Residential, Commercial, Low Slope/Steep Slope (Required)

• 5-10+ Years working in similar role

• Team-oriented mindset—understands there is no “I” in “Team”
